Manual harvest of selected vineyards and pressing of the whole grapes to maintain their properties to the maximum. We ferment the musts at low temperatures to preserve the freshest aromas in the wine. The blend of base wines is bottled at the beginning of the year and the bottles are placed in racks where, at constant temperature and humidity, in the dark, they will rest for more than 18 months. After aging, we decant to remove the lees from the wine, add the expedition liqueur and seal with the final cork.<\/p>\n
